Massage Therapy
Our bodies are subjected to wear and tear every day and this extends to the night as well resulting in aches and restrictive movement. A variety of causes including work, hobbies and general health can increase tension and stiffness in the body and can lead to poor posture and sleep. Massage can help relax not just your body but your mind as well.
If you are visiting for the first time it can be a little intimidating but here is a rough guide to your visit
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your treatment. A late arrival will decrease your time and it is vital that you are relaxed and feel comfortable before we begin.
Before your initial treatment with me, you will be asked to fill in a consultation form prior to your visit this will then give us a chance to get to know one another. Next, we will go through the consultation form together before your treatment so I can guarantee the best outcome for you. I will also explain the process of each treatment so you know what to expect. If you have any questions at any time please always ask. A consultation is required for every treatment as things may have changed with your skin and body since your last visit.
If you have treatments that involve removing any items of clothing, I will leave the room for your privacy and I will always knock and wait for a reply before re-entering.
An aftercare form will be provided for you after each visit along with contact detials for any questions you may have.
Complimentary water and light refreshments are provided but please let me know if there are any dietary requirements or allergies beforehand

Vists can be made to the elderly at home or in residential care, where we can give soft massage a friendly face and a chance to have a chat and possibly a cup of tea. This service is covered by an Enhanced DBS check and proof of certification is provided upon request.
